Crashed Lee's drawing on location class today, the first three are from the Chinese Gardens, and the figure drawing is from yesterday. (It was Lee amendments, making it less bad) It was pretty much my first time using water color to describe the form.

I borrowed the Princess and the frog art book from a friend, so thats been stuck in my head all day, and while doing a layout study i screwed up and covered the drawing in ink. So I drew something cute from the book to make myself feel better...

I wasn't happy with my first copy, so I took another crack at it. I made the drawing a little smaller and gave myself a frame so I could focus on the shape and composition, rather than the details.
